If your system has experienced a more critical failure than can be repaired correctly in the field, we will take it back to our facility for more complete diagnostics and repairs.

For example, with severe virus infections, your computer might need multiple scans, each taking hours to complete. It is a more efficient use of time to take the equipment back to our facility to complete the scans. You are then only charged for hands-on time with the computer and not for the hours when it runs the scans independently.
